1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and the developer of Cubicles ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, launching, or playing Cubicles, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the application.

2. License to Use

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and royalty-free license to download, install, and execute Cubicles on personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to Cubicles—including, but not limited to, the software code, game logic, user interface designs, animations, particle effects, visual branding, graphics, and audio compositions—are owned by or licensed to the developer.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any trademarks, trade names, or proprietary assets of Cubicles, other than the limited license explicitly granted above.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Cubicles, you agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application or any part of it without explicit prior written consent.
• Create cheat software, bots, hacks, or automation tools to bypass game rules or exploit unintended software behaviors.
• Modify, remove, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings within the game.
• Use the game in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

5. Game Data & High Scores

Cubicles stores game records, high scores, and user preferences locally on your physical device. We are not responsible for the loss of high scores, records, or game progress caused by device loss, app uninstallation, clearing device cache/storage, operating system updates, or hardware malfunctions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CUBICLES IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely bug-free, or compatible with every hardware device or operating system version.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Updates & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, update, patch, suspend, or discontinue Cubicles (or any portion thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the game.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
